Export Logistics Support for International B2B Food Buyers

France AJ Alimentaire works exclusively with professional B2B buyers. We coordinate export documentation, shipping terms, and cold chain requirements to ensure your orders are prepared correctly from origin to departure.

Shipping and logistics operations

Our Role in Your Supply Chain

France AJ Alimentaire is a B2B food sourcing and export coordination company based in Cambodia. We are not a freight forwarder or customs broker. Our role is to ensure your purchase orders are correctly documented, properly packed, and handed over to your nominated or agreed logistics partner under clear, enforceable shipping terms. We act as a reliable point of contact between you and the supply chain.

Incoterms We Work With

We structure transactions under internationally recognised Incoterms to clearly define the responsibilities of both parties. Our team will recommend the most appropriate term based on your destination, product type, and logistics setup.

  • EXW – Ex Works: Buyer assumes full logistics responsibility from the supplier's premises
  • FOB – Free On Board: We deliver goods to the port of loading; buyer arranges freight
  • CFR – Cost and Freight: We cover freight cost to destination port; buyer handles insurance and import
  • CIF – Cost, Insurance & Freight: We cover freight and insurance to destination port

Cold Chain & Temperature-Controlled Shipments

For frozen and chilled product categories, we coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure appropriate cold chain handling is in place prior to loading. We do not operate our own cold storage but work with certified facilities.

  • Frozen meat and poultry
  • Frozen and fresh seafood
  • Reefer container coordination
  • Pre-shipment temperature compliance documentation
  • Chilled and temperature-sensitive dairy or produce

Export Documentation We Coordinate

Accurate documentation is essential to avoid port delays, customs holds, or import refusals. We work with suppliers and certifying bodies to ensure all required paperwork is in order before shipment. Document availability depends on the product, supplier, country of origin, and destination requirements.

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Bill of lading or airway bill
  • Certificate of origin
  • Phytosanitary or health certificate
  • Halal certificate (where applicable)
  • EUR.1 movement certificate (for EU preferential trade)

Ports of Loading We Commonly Work With

Our export activity is primarily coordinated through major European and North African ports. Port selection depends on supplier location, freight route efficiency, and buyer destination. We confirm port feasibility during the quotation stage.

  • Le Havre – France (primary)
  • Marseille – France
  • Rotterdam – Netherlands
  • Casablanca – Morocco
  • Tangier Med – Morocco
  • Jebel Ali – UAE (transshipment hub)
  • Singapore / Port Klang (Asia-Pacific destinations)
